Two new resources have been prepared to help home care recipients understand Improved Payment Arrangements (IPA) and what the changes mean for them:
- a video is available to watch on the IPA care recipient webpage
- a Self-managed Care Recipient Fact Sheet provides self-managed care recipients with details about how they can work with their providers to manage the changes.
