A Subsidy Estimator and Unspent Funds examples are now available on the department's Improved Payment Arrangements (IPA) webpage.
These guidance materials aim to help home care providers understand how claims will work under IPA.
Please note that the Subsidy Estimator is a guide and should not be a provider’s sole source of information when calculating subsidy information. If a provider has a question about their payment, they should contact Services Australia.
Providers are encouraged to monitor this website as additional materials will be uploaded in the coming weeks.
