Improved Payment Arrangements: register now for workshops

As a continuation of supports available to help the sector to transition to the new Improved Payment Arrangements (IPA) for home care, you are invited to register for the next round of workshops.

Co-hosted by Services Australia and the Department of Health, these sessions will help home care providers prepare for the first claim under the new arrangements. Each session will cover:

  • new terminology and calculations within the payment system and payment statement
  • key tips and required information for the September claim
  • opportunity for participants to ask questions to Services Australia and Department of Health.

Workshop dates

Monday 20 September through to Friday 24 September 2021

Two sessions will be held each day:

  • 10:30am-12:30pm AEST
  • 2:30pm-4:30pm AEST
