We have extended the deadline for the Support at Home survey to 5pm (AEST) Tuesday 31 August 2021 to ensure as many providers as possible can complete the survey.
Have your say about the aged care reforms while they are still being developed – don’t miss this opportunity to influence the changes.
The survey asks for:
- information to help us understand the current provider market
- your views on the design of the new Support at Home program.
It will take about 30 minutes to complete if you have information to hand. Where you don’t have access to all the information sought you can provide your best estimates.
