The department will use this data to set up My Aged Care client records for all unregistered Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) clients.
Grandfathered clients' are people who received services before the CHSP began in 2015 and who are not yet registered on My Aged Care.
All CHSP providers will soon be notified about the data collection process, including step-by-step instructions. The data collection exercise will start on 17 June 2019.
