Aged care assessors have your say - My Aged Care research survey
The department has commissioned AMR to conduct a third wave of research to continue to track how users feel about My Aged Care.
The department has commissioned AMR to conduct a third wave of research to continue to track how users feel about My Aged Care. The aims of the evaluation are to:
- measure progress against objectives
- identify areas for further enhancements/improvements.
Research has been designed to collect views and experiences from a range of My Aged Care users, including assessors.
A key measure includes both RAS and ACAT assessors' views on the support they receive through the My Aged Care Contact Centre and website to undertake aged care assessments.
We invite assessors to complete the anonymous survey (works best in Google Chrome). The survey will take less than 15 minutes to complete and your responses will not be linked back to you or your organisation. We also encourage you to share the link with your assessor networks.
Separate surveys will be conducted with clients and carers, service providers and health professionals.
The survey closes on Friday, 15 March 2019 and the results will be published later this year.
If you have any questions or concerns about this survey, contact Kylie Sauer on 02 6289 2872 or via email at kylie.sauer [at] health.gov.au.
