Consumer experience results will be the most heavily weighted element of the Star Ratings.

The department is hosting a free webinar at 1.30‑2.30pm AEST on Monday 29 August about the purpose and methodology of the CEI program and how this information contributes to the Star Ratings System.

A live chat function will allow attendees to ask questions during the presentation.
