Easy Vaccine Access (EVA) is a simple call-back service to help you book a COVID-19 vaccine. EVA is available every day from 7 am to 10 pm (AEST). All you need to do is send an SMS with 'Hey EVA' to 0481 611 382.
When you message EVA, you will receive a reply asking for your:
- name
- preferred language
- preferred date and time
- best number for a call back.
EVA offers information and advice about COVID-19 vaccines and offers support with:
- choosing your preferred call-back date and time
- locating an appropriate vaccine appointment
- locating a walk-in vaccination clinic
- completing the COVID-19 vaccine booking during the call
- accessing an interpreter

The National Coronavirus Helpline (1800 020 080) provides information and advice about COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines. It also provides support if you or someone you care for has COVID-19. The line operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people looking for information and advice about COVID-19 or COVID-19 vaccines, can call the National Coronavirus Helpline on 1800 020 080 - option 5.
Also, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with disability who are worried or concerned about COVID-19, can call the Disability Gateway on 1800 643 787. The Disability Gateway is a free service available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm (AEST).
