$61.6 million for research grants into heart disease, stroke and preventive health

Grant opportunities under the Medical Research Future Fund have now opened in the following areas:

• $49.6 million for research to improve primary health care and prevent illness under the Preventive and Public Health Research initiative
• $12 million for heart disease and stroke through the Cardiovascular Health Mission
