$6 million for medical research projects in South Australia

The South Australian Academic Health Science and Translation Centre will receive $6.1 million under the Medical Research Future Fund for vital research projects in areas such as:

  • bowel cancer
  • cardiac rehabilitation
  • reducing the risk of preterm births.

The Centre brings together the best minds from hospitals, universities, primary health networks and medical research to work on solutions that can make a big difference to the day to day experiences of patients in South Australia.
