Dan Repacholi is the Federal Member for Hunter in New South Wales. He was first elected to parliament in 2022 and following his re-election in 2025, Dan was appointed as Australia’s first Special Envoy for Men’s Health.
Before entering parliament, Dan represented Australia as a five-time Olympian and Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist. He has worked as a coal miner and in machinery sales, servicing the mining and agricultural sectors.
Dan lives in the Hunter region with his wife Alex and their 2 daughters.
As the Special Envoy for Men's Health, Dan is committed to shining a national spotlight on the unique health challenges facing Australian men and boys, from mental health and suicide prevention to chronic illness and access to healthcare services.
