Infection Prevention and Control Expert Group (ICEG)

The Infection Prevention and Control Expert Group (ICEG) advises the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC) and its other standing committees on infection prevention and control issues.

Role

The Infection Prevention and Control Expert Group provides expert advice and information to support best practice related to infection prevention and control in community, hospital and other institutional settings.
