Rural Health Support, Education & Training (RHSET) program
The RHSET program contributes towards the recruitment and retention of rural health workers.

Periodic reports
Recipients of grants are required to provide periodic progress reports and financial statements. A final report and a financial statement of certification on projects is also required on completing the project.You can now choose to submit your periodic reports by email, or by post or fax.

On completing your RHSET project, a final report needs to be prepared and a certification form must be submitted in addition to your final financial statement. Requirements for the final report are listed below. Also print and fill in the certification form below. Post/fax to the following address. Help with accessing large documents
When accessing large documents (over 500 KB in size), it is recommended that the following procedure be used:
- Click the link with the RIGHT mouse button
- Choose "Save Target As.../Save Link As..." depending on your browser
- Select an appropriate folder on a local drive to place the downloaded file
Attempting to open large documents within the browser window (by left-clicking)
may inhibit your ability to continue browsing while the document is
opening and/or lead to system problems.
Help with accessing PDF documents
To
view PDF (Portable
Document Format) documents, you will need to have a PDF reader
installed on your computer. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is available free
of charge from Adobe's
website.
