DEVLOPMENTAL RESEARCH

Background

The development and focus of the National STI Prevention Program: Sexual Health Campaign was informed by developmental research. The research investigated current understanding, views and experiences of young people in relation to sex and STIs, relationships, condom use and STI testing. The research was conducted independently by Stancombe Research and Planning and included focus group research and a survey with approximately 2,500 sexually active young Australians.
