The Helpline is a free and confidential telephone information and support service (local call cost applies). The Helpline is staffed Monday to Friday, from 9am – 5pm in all states and territories except Queensland, where it is staffed Monday to Friday, from 8am – 8pm. Outside these hours, you can leave a message and they will call you back.
