125. Investigate opportunities to build cross-agency links in planning, program development and service delivery, including:
  • through the ICC network, including support for Shared Responsibility Agreements and Regional Partnership Agreements as a means of meeting local and regional needs, and
  • through Framework Agreement Health Forums.
