In recognition that a collaborative, cross-sectoral, mult-settings approacfh is required to address the challenges of overweight and obesity in young people and their families, a range of stakeholders from various levels of government, industry, community and non-government organisations have contributed to the development of the National Action Agenda. To achieve sustainable change, strategies will need to be multi-pronged and built on partnerships across a range of sectors.
