This Evaluation Report presents findings and recommendations to inform the development of the MOS plus service. Chapter 1 provides an overview of the service development and provision context within the NT, and Chapter 2 outlines the evaluation methodology and framework.
The findings and analysis in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 present MOS Projects' service achievements and strengths, as well as service challenges and areas for further improvement. Data is presented at an aggregate level as well as by Region, to inform regional and community-based service planning, development and provision. In addition to recommendations based on the research and evidence collected, the findings and analysis are provided in a way to enable the service funders and providers across jurisdictions to draw conclusions and to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as providing some suggested approaches and tools for consideration to guide future service development.
