The evaluation timetable lists the key phases of the evaluation process and the timeframes for the delivery of each component of the evaluation project.
The phases of the evaluation timetable are:
- Project establishment from July to August 2010, including the deliverable of the project plan in August 2010.
- Development of the evaluation framework from August to the end of September 2010, including the deliverables of the project logic, the interactive framework and the evaluation framework at the end of September 2010.
- Implementation of the evaluation framework, from September 2010 to May 2011, including the deliverables of regular reports and advice to DoHA on project progress, and progress reports in December 2010 and April 2010.
- Analysis and reporting running intermittently from the end of July 2010 to the end of April 2011, and then continuously from April to 31 July 2011, including the deliverables of an interim evaluation report in Feb 2011, a draft evaluation report in June 2011 and the final evaluation report on 31 July 2011.
