Review of the Aged Care Complaints Investigation Scheme - October 2009
The Australian Government has announced reforms to improve consumer focus and protection in aged care, including an enhanced Aged Care Complaints Investigation Scheme. These reforms mean that allegations of poor quality care or abuse will be investigated and acted upon quickly.
On Monday 12 April 2010, the Government released a report on the review of the Aged Care Complaints Investigation Scheme (CIS)
