Acknowledgements
The evaluators are appreciative of the contribution to this project from all stakeholders. In particular, the success of this project is due to the generosity of service providers and workers and their willingness to share information about their service and community care service provision.We recognise that services are very busy and have limited resources yet they were prepared to take the time to participate in our exhaustive questionnaires and contribute personally by telephone and email to ensure robust data and information was received. Case study participants facilitated and supported the GGJ team to visit their communities and aged care centres to get a real sense of how the Workforce Development Projects have impacted on them.
In addition, the Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) contributed significantly to the evaluation through the provision of information, time and expertise.
Thanks are also extended to the Commonwealth, state and territory government officers who contributed to the project.
