The main aim of the partnership approach with DoHA was to enable access to training to the whole of the community care workforce not just people in converted CDEP positions and other members of communities.

2. Do you know of communities where training for aged care workers (other than people who converted from CDEP) and other community members, such as carers and child care workers was provided in addition to workers converted from CDEP positions? How did this work? Was it useful? Why or why not?
