There was relatively high response rate to the surveys across all groups of approximately 39 per cent.3 Response rates for each of the four groups – CDC and CDRC participants and the packaged care and NRCP comparison groups – were outlined in the table below.

*This represents the approximate number of surveys sent by providers to participants and comparison group members, and is based on the number of people who had accessed a CDC or CDRC package during the April-June quarter.

Data excludes those who did not sign the consent form accompanying the survey.

3. The actual return rate is likely to be higher, given we understand that not all CDC and CDRC packages had been allocated to consumers or carers at the time the surveys were sent.
