Quality Framework for the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program
1.1 Purpose of the guideThis guide is designed to introduce the concept of quality and quality systems to a broad audience, such as indigenous staff members, Board members, service users, family and community. It uses familiar language and visual prompts.
The guide is structured around the following content:

|Continuous Quality Improvement||Explains the purpose of CQI and the CQI model. Discusses conducting, recording, and reporting quality activities. Emphasises the importance of systems to capture and act upon opportunities for improvement from all stakeholders.|
