List of Inadvertent Dealing
The Act (Part 5) allows the Regulator to grant a temporary licence to a person who finds themselves inadvertently dealing with an unlicensed GMO for the purpose of disposing of the GMO. To date, the Regulator has not issued any licences for Inadvertent Dealings.
