Government releases ten year study on women’s health

The Australian Government has released research from a ten-year study on women’s health and announced a further $4.62 million over the next three years to continue this research. The Australian Longitudinal Study on Women’s Health is the most comprehensive study ever conducted on the health of Australian women, involving 40,000 women across the country. When completed in 2016, it will provide information on the health of Australian women over a period of 20 years.
