Food and health dialogue announced
The Australian Government's Food and Health Dialogue was formally announced on 28 October by the Parliamentary Secretary for Health, Mark Butler. The Dialogue provides a framework for government, public health groups and industry to work collaboratively across all levels of the food supply chain to improve dietary intakes.

Parliamentary Secretary Visits Whyalla Medicos
The Parliamentary Secretary for Health, Mark Butler, today was in Whyalla to consult on the future of the health system and to hear first hand from health professionals on the ground. The Whyalla consultation is the 59th across the country to road-test the National Health and Hospitals Reform Commission's proposed reforms.
