Full details on certification may be obtained from the Certification Information Pack - Building Quality for Residential Aged Care Services. The Information Pack provides nationally consistent guidelines on certification, acknowledging that the requirements of relevant State, Territory and local government legislation and the Building Code of Australia, are complex and vary for each State and Territory.

The pack also contains information on how and when to apply for certification and the certification application fees.
