Commonwealth HACC Program Transition Costs 2012-13 Funding Round

The Australian Government is undertaking a direct Transition Costs Funding Round for existing Commonwealth HACC service providers. Up to $55 million (GST exclusive) in one off funding is available to support existing service providers undertake activities related to transitioning to the Commonwealth HACC Program.
