Development of Standards for Accreditation of DNA Sequence Variation Databases

The Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia
This project developed standards that can be used when selecting DNA Sequence Variation Databases to ensure that the data in the databases are accurate and of sufficient quality to be placed in the Human Variome Project Data Repository and are suitable for use by diagnostic laboratories when analysing and interpreting genetic variants.
