National chronic disease strategy
The National chronic disease strategy provides an overarching framework of national direction for improving chronic disease prevention and care across Australia.
- Click the link with the RIGHT mouse button
- Choose "Save Target As.../Save Link As..." depending on your browser
- Select an appropriate folder on a local drive to place the downloaded file
The strategy is a nationally agreed agenda to encourage coordinated action in response to the growing impact of chronic disease on the health of Australians and the health care system.
