Choose Health: Be Active: A physical activity guide for older Australians
To help encourage older Australians to be physically active, the Department of Health and Ageing and the Department of Veterans’ Affairs have jointly produced a resource called Choose Health: Be Active.
This resource offers ideas for keeping active at no cost, including balance and strength exercises that can be done at home. Copies can be ordered free of charge by calling 1800 500 853.

Help with accessing PDF documents
