National Men's Health
National Men’s Health Policy Consultation Forums
The Minister for Health and Ageing, the Hon Nicola Roxon MP, announced the commencement of the consultation process for the National Men’s Health Policy on 25 November 2008 with the release of Developing a Men’s Health Policy for Australia – Resource Kit.
Formal consultations on the development of the National Men’s Health Policy have begun and discussions are being held in all states and territories. The Resource Kit and specifically the Feedback form (PDF 246 KB) are providing the basis of discussions for the forums. The National Men's Health Policy team will be accepting submissions until 30 June 2009 to enable those who were not able to attend a forum to contribute their ideas and experiences to the development of the first National Men's Health Policy for Australia.
More information regarding the National Men's Health Policy and the consultation forums will be posted as it becomes available.
