Demand Management Advisory Committee
The Demand Management Advisory Committee provides expert advice to the Pathology Agreement Advisory Committee.
The Demand Management Advisory Committee (DMAC) provides advice to PAAC on likely trends in expenditure and, in particular, examines new and emerging technologies/tests to identify potential high cost procedures that will impact on the forecast expenditure. This committee also oversees the development work for the electronic decision support tools to assist medical practitioners when requesting pathology tests.
