Intellectual Disability Health Assessment
The Intellectual Disability Health Assessment (MBS Items 718 and 719) was released on 1 July 2007. These items are available for GPs to provide a preventive health check for people with an intellectual disability and to identify any medical intervention and preventive health care required.

Help with accessing large documents
