The Department and the Accreditation Agency are continuing to monitor the service.

The Residents and Representatives meeting was held on 25 May 2012.

A Nurse Adviser and Administrator have commenced at the service.

On 8 August 2012, the planned closure of Chandos Nursing Home was completed. Residents of the Service have moved to suitable alternative accommodation.

The Department and the Agency are continuing to monitor the service.

The Residents and Representatives meeting was held on 13 September 2012.

An Administrator and Nurse Adviser have commenced work at the Service.

On 26 September 2012, the Accreditation Agency made a decision that serious risk at the service had been resloved.

The Residents and Representatives meeting was held on 14 February 2012.

A Nurse Adviser has commenced at the service.

On 21 February 2012, the Accreditation Agency made a decision that serious risk at the service had been resolved.

Sanction 3 was lifted on 11 July 2012.
