Revocation of approved provider status, unless an adviser, with a knowledge of clinical information systems and nursing experience, who has the appropriate skills, qualifications and background to assist the approved provider to comply with their responsibilities, and is approved by the Commonwealth, is appointed by the approved provider for a period of four (4) months.
The approved provider is not eligible to receive Australian Government subsidies for any new care recipients for a period of four (4) months.
Revocation of approved provider status, unless the approved provider agrees to provide relevant training in relation to clinical information systems and clinical service delivery within four (4) months, at its expense, for its officers, employees and agents to support them in meeting the needs of care recipients.

The approved provider did not comply with an undertaking to remedy non-compliance within the agreed timeframe.
Continuing non-compliance is in relation to the Accreditation Standard outcome:
* 2.4 Clinical care
In particular, the issues of concern include:
* Residents are not receiving care consistent with their assessed care needs; and
* The clinical care of care recipients with complex and/or high care needs is not adequate.
Current Status of Service:
The Department and the Accreditation Agency are continuing to monitor the Service.
The Residents and Representatives meeting was held on 25 March 2013.
A Nurse Adviser has commenced work at the Service.
