This Manual of performance indicators has been developed to monitor the implementation and effect of Australia’s National Strategy for Quality Use of Medicines. It is intended for use by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing, in conjunction with its expert advisory committee on quality use of medicines, the Pharmaceutical Health And Rational use of Medicines (PHARM) Committee.

Help with accessing large documents
When accessing large documents (over 500 KB in size), it is recommended that the following procedure be used:

Help with accessing PDF documents
To view PDF (Portable Document Format) documents, you will need to have a PDF reader installed on your computer. A number of PDF readers are available through the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO) Web Guide website.
