National Mental Health Report 2002: Seventh Report. Changes in Australia's Mental Health Services under the First Two Years of the Second National Mental Health Plan 1998-2000
This report describes progress made in the National Mental Health Strategy reform agenda set by all Australian Health Ministers in 1992. Particular emphasis is given to developments under the Second National Mental Health Plan.
