Consumer Measurement Systems and Child and Adolescent Mental Health

Under the National Mental Health Strategy, Australian, State and Territory Governments have committed themselves to reforming mental health services in Australia. A key element of the reform agenda is to improve the quality and effectiveness of mental health services. Consumer outcome measurement offers a practical means of promoting this agenda.
