In September and October 2009, a second round of ‘Options Development’ focus groups was conducted. 113 participants representing 105 different organisations participated in a total of 11 Focus Groups held in Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne and by teleconference from Perth.
Sessions were facilitated, and this Report prepared, by Origin Consulting.
