Program Statistics

The Office of Hearing Services (the Office) publishes a range of reports on key program statistics.

In consultation with stakeholders, the Office is currently reviewing the types and formats of reports provided through the website. Voucher Statistics are now updated on a monthly basis.

Voucher statistics

This area of the website contains current statistics for:

vouchers issued by the Office to clients on a state by state basis;
statistics relating to the time taken in weeks between the date of application and the date of the voucher issued; and
the number of vouchers issued for a particular period, and claimed against and/or by a particular date.

This page also provides access to voucher statistics for previous years.

Other statistics and reporting
