G) Key Dates
Schedule Release Dates and Application closing dates.
Applications are assessed by SPAP on three occasions per year. The closing date for applications and the SPAP meeting at which applications will be considered are as follows:

SPAP will consider all applications to list products (benchmark and price premium) or amend products currently listed on the SAS Schedule, if applicable, at all three meetings during the year.
The SAS Schedule will be published quarterly on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October.
If suppliers wish to make certain their applications are considered by SPAP at a specific meeting, they should ensure that applications are received by the relevant closing date noted above. Applications received after the closing dates listed above will be considered at the next SPAP meeting.
The Secretariat will acknowledge the receipt of an application via email.
