This document formed part of the National Campaign Against Drug Abuse (NCADA) which was a national effort to minimise the harmful effects of both legal and illegal drugs on Australian society. It outlines the national health policy on tobacco and suggests ways in which the policy might be implemented.

Help with accessing large documents
