Private Health Insurance (Benefit requirements) Amendment Rules 2010 (No. 4) - Changes to Second Tier Eligible Hospitals

The Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2011 (No.4) (the Rules) have been registered with the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments (FRLI) and take effect on 1 July 2011 (FRLI No: F2011L01324). A change to the Rules relating to Schedule 5 – Second Tier Default Benefits is detailed below.

Schedule 5 - Continuation

The following private hospital facility has continued eligibility for Second Tier Default Benefits from 1 July 2011 until 30 June 2013:
