Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2009 (No. 4)
The Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2009 (No.4) (the Amendment Rules) has been registered with the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments (FRLI) and took effect from 28 August 2009 (FRLI No: F2009L03334).The Amendment Rules reinstated the Southcoast Digestive Diseases Centre in Schedule 5 – Second-tier default benefits.
