Project to evaluate the Service Development and Reporting Framework Trial

This report examines the experiences of the 34 Aboriginal Health Services involved in the Service Development and Reporting Framework (SDRF) trial.

In this section:

The Service Development and Reporting Framework (SDRF) is the non-financial reporting framework for OATSIH funded services. It has two elements. The first is the development of and reporting against Action Plans. Through these the services set their own measures in order to assess their progress. They report twice yearly on their own measures. The Action Planning Manual that is given to services to help them develop their Plan is on this website. The second element is the Quality Improvement Initiatives (QII). Every OATSIH funded service is offered funding once every three years to support quality improvement activities.
