In 2001, the Achievements in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health project was commissioned by the Office for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health (OATSIH) and reported to the Standing Committee on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health (SCATSIH).
