Variation to call centre operating hours
Variation to Call Centre Operating Hours on Thursdays
Dear Service ProvidersIn the lead up to the implementation of Hearing Services Online (HSO), the Office of Hearing Services will be making a small adjustment to the operating hours of the Office's call centre lines.
This is being undertaken to enable time for training to ensure that staff will be able to fully assist you with any enquiries you have when HSO goes live.
From the week beginning 25 February 2013 and until further notice, the Client Contact Line will not operate until after 10am on a Thursday. Normal hours of 9am-5pm will remain for the other days of the week.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

To view PDF (Portable Document Format) documents, you will need to have a PDF reader installed on your computer. A number of PDF readers are available through the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO) Web Guide website.
