Information for Providers
Contract: 1 July 2007- 30 June 2012
A document detailing arrangements entered into by accredited service providers, under the Hearing Services Administration Act 1997, for the supply of hearing services to clients who are eligible persons. This contract is effective from 1 July 2007 and goes through to 30 June 2012.

This contract covers changes introduced as a result of the Federal Budget. Variations were made to accomodate changes to maintenance payments and to update the Fee Schedule. Help with accessing large documents

Help with accessing PDF documents
To view PDF (Portable Document Format) documents, you will need to have a PDF reader installed on your computer. A number of PDF readers are available through the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO) Web Guide website.
